4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information required for campaign execution.

• Ensure that any data shared with us complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

• Use generated leads responsibly, without engaging in spam, harassment, or unlawful practices.

5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid as per the terms agreed in the service contract or proposal. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and technology used in delivering our services remain the property of Sailentrix Solutions. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the leads and data solely for internal business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, client, and customer information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sailentrix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or reputational loss arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the service.

9. Data Protection & Compliance

We comply with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, if applicable) and expect clients to do the same. Clients are solely responsible for how they process, store, or use the leads provided.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared, and any confidential information must be returned or destroyed.
